Welcome to TD Helps this evening, Ruslan. It's great to have you join us.
Kindly understand, to open a business account with TD Bank here in the U.S., your business must be registered in the United States. To open a business account, you'll want to visit a TD Bank Store. You can find a listing of TD Bank Stores, here http://bit.ly/TDStores. We highly recommend for you to contact the TD Bank Store ahead of time to go over options for your specific situation.
Just in case you have not yet decided on the account type to pick, feel free to look here: http://bit.ly/1lWgAhe for information about the Small Business accounts we offer. Our Business Banking Specialists are available to assist you with any questions 24/7 at 855-278-8988 or you may complete http://bit.ly/SWDqsn to receive a phone call.
We'd be happy to go over the necessary documents for a Corporation. Along with the Tax Identification Number, please be sure to bring the following information with you:
Formation Documents OR Certificate of Good Standing OR State Website Report
Fictitious Name Registration (if applicable)
Board of Director’s Resolution / By-Laws (if applicable)
Please note that in order to open a business account, the account signer(s) must all visit a TD Bank Store and be present for the account opening process. Please be sure that for non-resident aliens who are opening a business account, two valid forms of ID and a W-8Ben must be completed during the account opening process.
We encourage you to contact your local TD Store prior to your visit to make sure that other documents are not needed for the account opening process.
