My account was placed in a no check status which I do not know why, however I'm trying to fix that and be able to set up my online banking.

If your account is currently in a no-check status, we ask that you get in touch with us to resolve this matter. Once you have done so, we'll be able to assist with setting up your online account.
To reach us, we advise you to call a Banking Specialist at 888-751-9000 for more information about this status on your account, available 24/7. They may be able to provide additional instruction as well.
