I've been locked out of my account and do not have my vin/account number. How else can I contact anyone since I can't log in?

From your message, it sounds like you've already signed up for an online account. If so, and the loan is held through TD Bank, N.A., you can log in to any existing account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq with your current user name and password.
If you would like to manage your auto loan account online and haven't set up that up yet, we are more than happy to provide you with access. At your convenience, we ask that you contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, they can enroll your account in online banking during your call. This access will allow you to view your loan principal and payments due, or ask any questions about your loan via message.
If you happen to have a deposit account with us such as a checking or savings, and have an ATM/Debit Card and Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. Your auto loan account should also be displayed and if not, just give us a ring at the number mentioned above.
Please note, if you are attempting log in to an auto loan which is held through TD Auto Finance, we recommend contacting a TD Auto Finance Representative. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, at 800-556-8172 to assist you. And the login for their site can be found at http://bit.ly/1zJfjNy.
