I was asked to answer a security question, and it said my answer was wrong and it locked my out. I need to get back into it

Hi there Stephen,
We apologize for any trouble you might be having online right now, we're glad to help.
Since you mentioned that you are locked out of your Online Banking account right now, we would just have to unlock this for you, for your account security. We can assist with changing or deleting your security questions and logging you back into your account upon proper account verification, when you give us a call. You can reach a Specialist by calling 888-751-9000, 24/7. If you would prefer, you can also visit us at a local TD Bank Store. For lobby hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you are chatting with us, if you decide to set up any new security questions please keep the following in mind. First, answers to your security questions are not case-sensitive; however they do require the answer you originally provided for the question. For example, if you originally answered "New York City" to the question "In what city were you born?", then you must provide "New York City" as the answer each time when your are being challenged with this question, not "New York" or "NYC." For other security question tips and other helpful hints for answering your security questions, you can visit: http://bit.ly/1ikiYdw.
We hope this will help you right now, Stephen.
Feel free to stop by again anytime you have questions and we wish you a great week ahead!
