For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
We also notice that you're writing to us from Canada. If this is in reference to your TD Canada Trust account, we recommend reaching a Representative there. You're able to view their contact options here: https://go.td.com/1woOVay.

Thanks for your question, Mike!
If you have a check to deposit, an endorsement is referring to placing your signature on the back of the check. There should be a field on the back of your check for you to do so.
If you're still unsure, feel free to visit a TD Store and discuss the check with a Teller. They would be glad to show you where to sign your check, how to fill out a deposit slip and more!
To review TD Stores near you please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this clears things up, Mike. Talk to you soon!
