Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Peter! We'll be happy to go over the ways to obtain your account number.
Although we are unable to provide your account number over the phone or through email, there are other ways to obtain it. Since you have your TD Debit Card, you may wish to enroll for Online Banking. Once you enroll for Online Banking and after you log in via your PC or web browser on your mobile phone, you will be able to view your account number on the homepage. To enroll, we ask that you connect with us directly at 800-493-7562. After our Digital banking Specialists verifies you, they will be more than happy to help get you set up!
You may also view your account number via your paper statements, located at the top right corner of the page. Because this is a new account will receive your paper statement within 30 days from opening the account. If ordered checks and have received them, account number can be found on your check (if you have any) it would be the second set of numbers located at the bottom of the check.
As always, you can also visit us at any TD Store during lobby hours for further assistance. Our Specialists can help enroll you for Online Banking and they can also provide you with your account number. Prior to your visit, please make sure to bring your photo ID such as a driver's license or passport. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
We hope this helps and let us know if you have any questions, Peter!
