Thank you for stopping by TD Helps with your inquiry, Paul.
There are a couple of ways you may obtain your account number and we'd be glad to provide the options here. Please be informed that for the security of your account information, we do not provide account numbers via e-mail or over the phone.
Your account number can be found on the paper statement which is located at the right top corner of the page. If you have any checks with you, the account number would be the second set of numbers located at the bottom of the check. Please check out this link for more information http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K.
You may also locate your account number via Online Banking. If you are enrolled for our Online Banking, please click on the "Accounts" tab and you should be able to view your account numbers on the next screen. If you are currently not utilizing TD Bank Online Banking but would like to be enrolled, you can contact us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After proper account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help you set up your Online Banking! If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Store Customer Service Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours at a nearby TD Store. While you're at the Store, they will be able to provide you with your account number in person after verifying you with your valid photo ID. They can also assist you with Online Banking enrollment.
Thanks again for dropping by, Paul. Have a lovely holiday weekend!
