Good morning, Telisha.
It's great to hear from you on this Saturday morning, and we'll be more than happy to assist you with locating your account number!
Here on TD Helps, we're always happy to help with any questions or concerns; however, for the protection of your privacy we are unfortunately unable to provide account specific information. But please don't worry, as we'll still be happy to help!
When looking to retrieve your account number, you have a couple different options to choose from. The first and most convenient way to do so is to log into your online banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet signed up for online banking, we invite you to connect with one of our Banking Specialist. At this time, our Banking Specialists are unable to provide you with your account number over the phone, but they'll be more than happy to help you enroll so that you may then retrieve your account number!
To reach a Banking Specialist, you may simply dial 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Once you're fully enrolled and able to access your online banking, if you haven't already done so, you'll want to click on the 'Accounts' tab, which you can find towards the top, left hand side of your screen. From here, you can locate your full account number under the 'Deposit Accounts' section.
Similar to the instructions above, you're also able to obtain your full account number using TD Bank's mobile banking app. If you haven't yet downloaded our mobile banking app, we invite you to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/2gkUc4O to learn more. When looking to obtain your account number through our mobile app, simply log in using the same online banking credentials as above, and then click on the 'Accounts' tab. From here, select the account, and then click on the 'Details' tab. From here, you can view the last four digits of your account number, but by simply clicking 'Show' you can review the entire number.
If you have any trouble obtaining your account number through any of the methods mentioned above, you would also have the option of visiting your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Additionally, if you have any questions or concerns, you're also welcome to connect with a Banking Specialists at the number above.
We hope you found this information helpful, Telisha. Have an amazing day!
