Can I get an account statement if I only can provide my name and last name? Is it possible to receive the statement via email because I don't have time to wait for post mail?

Welcome to TD Helps, Diana. We'll be happy to provide you with additional details regarding your statements.
For security purposes, we are unable to send statements via email. This information is able to be viewed on www.tdbank.com, if you'd like. If you're not enrolled for Online Banking yet, you may do so by clicking: http://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to complete the enrollment.
Once you are enrolled and logged in, you will be able to view past statements by clicking on your account and then selecting the Statement & Notices tab.
If you'd like to go paperless for your account, we will send you an alert via email each month when a statement is available. To go paperless please click on the Customer Service tab and then select Online Statement Settings.
Additionally, we can mail past statements to you by request. To send this request you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a nearby TD location. For a listing of our locations and hours please view: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. Please note there may be additional fees for this request. For a look at our fee schedule please check out: http://go.td.com/1cTejgt.
We hope this helps, Diana and please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you for your answer. But is there any other way to know my account statement? Because I don't have a social security number and as a result I am not able to enroll for Online Banking.
Can customer service maybe only tell me how many money do I have on the account if I call to customer service?
