Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps, Jade. We'd be happy to help.
TD Bank account holders are able to view their banking information such as transactions, statements and more by enrolling their account in online access. If you are interested in enrolling, you may use our self-service option by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security Number and email address to complete the enrollment process. If you are missing any pieces of information or would like assistance signing up, you can contact us directly for assistance. We are available 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or you may visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store. For our Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
As we mentioned above, statement information is available through Online Banking however signing up does not change how you receive your statements. Only if you sign up for paperless statements will you stop receiving a mailed statement every 30 days at the end of your statement cycle. This being mentioned, TD Bank will not send you a statement whenever there is a transaction on your account.
If you would like to stop receiving paperless statements, you must first log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once signed in, you are able to unenroll in paperless statements by selecting the "Online Statement Settings" link listed under the " Help & Related Tasks" box on the left side of your screen or you could select the "Customer Service" tab and under "Self Service, click on "Online Statement Settings" link. After selecting the necessary links, you will now be at the "Update Online Statement Settings" page. Please select the account(s) you'd like to change the statement settings for, confirm your address, and also read the "Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement" and the "Hardware and Software Requirements", a window should pop up. After reading the required documents, please check the boxes and select "Save Changes." If you have any trouble, please feel free to contact us by using the methods listed above.
If you need to view and print statements, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
2. Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
3. Click on the Statements & Notices tab
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you would us to mail copies to your address, feel free to send us a secure message, call us 24/7 by dialing the number mentioned above or visit a TD Store during lobby hours.
We hope this helps, Jade and have a good day.
