Good afternoon, Ian, and thanks for connecting with us today!
There are multiple ways in which you can retrieve your account title, and we'll be more than happy to provide you with them.
The first and easiest way to retrieve this information is to log into your Online Banking, and feel free to use the link here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to do so. If you haven't yet enrolled in Online Banking, don't worry, as you can use the link here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to fully enroll, please be aware that you will need your account number, debit card number, a valid email address, and your Social Security Number.
Once you are logged into your Online Banking, you should be directed right to the accounts page of your Online Banking, where you will be able to view your account title under the 'Account Name' section. If you are not directed to the account page, click on the 'Accounts' tab towards the upper left hand side of your screen.
Your account title can also be located on your statements, on the upper left hand side, directly above your name.
The final option you have when wanting to retrieve your account title would be to contact us directly, and there are a couple ways in which you may do so. The first would be to dial 1-888-751-9000, 24/7, to speak with a Banking Specialist. You would also, as always, have the option of visiting a TD Store location. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Additionally, you have the option of sending a Secure Message from your Online Banking. After logging in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side, and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We hope this helps, Ian, and please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns. Take care.
