I received a letter from TARGET requesting a payment on my account, on which I had already paid the full amount "on line" on 12/13, 2017.

Please know that though your Target Red Card may be financed by TD Bank, your account is managed by Target. Because of this, we recommend discussing the transaction with Target Credit Services by dialing 800-659-2396.
Your financial institution may also be able to place a stop payment on the transaction if it is being debited using your account/routing information. We recommend connecting with them directly to discuss placing a stop payment.
