We appreciate you connecting with us here on TD Helps, Matt.
To make a withdrawal from your account, it is not necessary to have an ATM or Debit Card. If you're a signer on the account, you may withdraw from your account without an ATM or Debit Card by visiting a TD location. Please make sure to have a valid photo ID when you make the withdrawal either with a Teller in the lobby or at the drive thru. Please note that if you are listed as a Minor on the account, only the Custodian will have access to withdraw funds from the account.
If you would like to withdraw funds from your account using the ATM, it will be required to have an ATM or Debit Card. These cards are available for signers on an account and can be requested at any TD location. In fact, during your visit, you'll walk out with a card in your hand as they are instantly issued! To find a nearby TD location please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You may also request a card by giving us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification a Banking Specialist can put in the request and we'll mail your card to the address on file within 7-10 business days.
If you use Online Banking you may request a card to be mailed to you by sending us a Secure Message. To send a Secure Message you must first log in to your TD Bank Online profile. Once you're logged in, please click on the "Customer Service" tab, and then select "Send a Message." If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking please give us a call at the number listed above and we'll be happy to help you enroll!
We hope this helps, Matt and please let us know if you have any other questions.
