We're sorry to hear you're having trouble using your debit card, Farhat. We'd like to help.
There could be several reasons that your debit card is being declined. We will need to take a look at your account and debit card transaction attempts to see what's causing this.

Because of this, we ask that you please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at a local TD Bank Store. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. You can also send us a secure message request through your online or mobile banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
