Hey, Mark! We're so glad you're interested in opening an account with us. It'll be our pleasure to help you establish your business and get you going today.
As the fee structure with our accounts can vary based on the type of account you select or with any optional services you might have, we'd like to discuss your business needs in particular with you in order to help with your pricing structure.
Although Business Accounts are opened at any TD Bank Store, you're welcome to direct any initial account questions you have to one of our Small Business Banking Specialists. Feel free to call us at 855-278-8988, or you can request that we call you. Please fill in the form here: http://bit.ly/1wCcdLV and a Business Banking Specialist will contact you. They'll also be able to put you in contact with the proper Representative at a Store close to you, and can make an appointment for you if you choose.
We also invite you to begin at our Small Business Resource Center, found here: http://bit.ly/1k5RiNG, which offers a variety of tools for you as a business owner and also some of our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
If you have a few moments, you're also welcome to review the Business Checking account options that we currently offer. Please visit http://bit.ly/1uCacgJ, or feel free to use our Business Checking Selector tool: http://bit.ly/1lGeYmw to make sure you have selected the best product for you. And as you've mentioned that your website will be accepting credit card payments, we also suggest checking out our Merchant Services page at http://bit.ly/1plkCwx.
When you are ready to visit a Store to open your account, you'll need a valid photo I. D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D., etc.) and your Social Security number. if your business account is going to have multiple signers, be sure to bring them with you for the account opening process with the same identification information. If any of the signers are non-residents of the US, they will need two valid forms of I.D. and a W-8Ben form. You will also need to bring the Tax Identification Number for the business, legal name, and physical address. Depending on the type of business you have, additional documentation may be required and we'd recommend discussing this with one of our Specialists as above prior to your Store visit.
Thanks again for your interest in doing business with us, Mark and we hope this is the beginning of a great relationship! Best of luck and take care.
