Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Haolin. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
Please understand that while we would like to assist you directly, as TD Helps is not considered a secure forum, we do not have access to your personal information. However, although we are unable to provide you with your account number, there are other ways to obtain it.
You may first wish to enroll for Online Banking. Once you enroll, and after you log in via your PC or web browser on your mobile phone, you will be able to view your account number on the homepage. To enroll, we ask that you connect with us directly at 1-800-493-7562. Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and they will be more than happy to help set you up!
You may also view your account number via your paper statements, located at the top right-hand corner of the page. If you have ordered checks and have received them, or if you have checks for your account, your account number can also be found there. It would be the second set of numbers located at the bottom of the check.
As always, you may also visit us at any TD Store during lobby hours for further assistance. Our Specialists can help enroll you for Online Banking, as well as provide you with your account number. Prior to your visit, please make sure to bring your photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport. Please visit: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find a TD Bank near you.
We hope this helped address your concerns, Haolin, and please enjoy the rest of your weekend.
