My name is Cynthia XXXXXXX I work for the Wyoming Retirement System as the Distribution Supervisor. We have a mutual client that has his monthly pension checks direct deposit directly to you. Ever month he kicks back on our ACH reject report that his Trans Code is incorrect and should be Tran Code 22 for checking. I have him coded on our side as sending to a checking account and every month he kicks back to us and then is put on EFT hold. This is getting to be a problem, because if I don't get him released in time for payroll our system will generate a check and mail it directly to him instead of going ACH to you as he wishes. Is there an ACH specialist that can help me with this members account. His name is Richard R. XXXXXX and his account # with you is XXXXXXXXXX. My only options to code this transaction are checking, savings, or other. I've tried using the other and it still kicks back to us incorrect trans code.
