I work for a business and need to reclaim an ACH. Can you please provide the fax number to complete an ACH reclaim? Thank you

If you're a TD Bank Business Customer, we ask that you or another Authorized Signer on the account contact us directly for assistance. You may speak with a Representative in regards to your concerns by dialing 888-751-9000 and we ask that you connect with us during standard business hours so that we may reach out to our ACH department if necessary. Similarly, any Authorized Signer on the account is able to visit a TD Store during lobby hours for help as well. If this is in regards to an ACH that was sent by your company to a TD Bank Customer, we ask that you reach out to your own ACH department in order to initiate an electronic reversal of the transaction that was sent.
