I added my husband to my account over a week ago and vise versa. Why is that not reflecting on either one of our accounts. We need access to our accounts and this is becoming an inconvenience. What can be done?

Hello Jessica, we apologize for any inconvenience with adding signers to your accounts and would like to guide you in the right direction for assistance.
To best address your concerns, we recommend contacting us at 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your accounts with you and also confirm if the additional signers have been added to the accounts as requested. Please know that it is possible that the names have been added; however, the accounts have not been added to your online banking profiles. If so, our Banking Specialists can also assist you with adding the accounts to the existing online profile. As this is pertaining to your specific accounts, we would need to review this further with you. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. Please note; in order to fulfill this request, we will also need to speak with both you and your husband directly.
If it is determined that the signers have not been added as requested, you will need to reach out to the TD Bank Store location, where the paper work was submitted directly during lobby hours for additional assistance.
