I would like to add a contact to my bill. I typed in the name but it pops up as another name, is this the right?

Ensuring that your payments reach the specified biller is important and we'd be glad to help you, Robert!
When using Bill Pay, you are able to add billers by searching for your biller or by entering the information manually. To review these options, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select the Bill Pay tab.
To create a biller, please select Add a Company or Person to pay. If you choose to select from the pre-generated list, keep in mind that this information is submitted to us by the company/merchant directly and should be their up-to-date information. Alternatively, you are able to select the Person tab and enter biller information manually.
If you're concerned this information is inaccurate for your biller, we recommend referring to your billing statement sent by the company/merchant or reach out to them directly for clarification.
