Thank you for coming to us here on TD Helps, Nick! We'll be happy to help you.
If you are currently using our BusinessDirect banking, it allows you to set up sub-users to take on specific roles. So in your case, you can set up a sub-user to help with the bookkeeping for your business. Roles can be added, edited and deleted from the Manage Roles page in your Online Banking account for your business.
To accomplish your request, the first thing you need to do is to add your Bookkeeper as a Sub-User. Please follow the steps below after logging on to your account from here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8
Click on Users
Click on Add New Users button which is located on the bottom right corner
Please complete the required fields such as User ID, Password, First name and Last Name, and then click on Add User button
Once a Sub-User is added, you may click on Manage Roles to assign different roles to your Sub-User.
We recommend checking out the Users and Roles Tutorial for the detailed step by step instruction. Users and Roles Tutorial link can be located on the left side of the screen on the Users page, underneath Help & Related Tasks.
If you are having trouble setting up a sub-user through TD Bank BusinessDirect, you’re always welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with a Tech Support Specialist.
