I have a mortgage loan through your bank. My wife of course, is on the loan also, however, I was wondering is there a way to set up adding another person(s) to the loan that would take over this loan in case of my death? Here is what I mean. I don't have life insurance or mortgage insurance to cover the loan if something happens to me. My wife does not work and has a chronic illness. My son or daughter has asked for the right to take over my payments if something happens to me in order for my wife to still be taken care of. Do you have any way or know how to do this on my current mortgage? How would I add someone to a current mortgage loan?
