In the Bill Pay page Can I add an account of Bank Of america (Routing and Account Number)

Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Paul. We'd be happy to help with Bill Pay.
If you are trying to set up a bill payment to Bank of America, you can do so by accessing the Bill Pay tab after logging in. To go directly to the log in page, please click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then select the "Bill Pay" tab. You would then select to "Add a company or person to pay." Once you enter the information required, you'll be ready to schedule bill payments to the biller you've just created!
If you are not trying to schedule a bill and are trying to make a transfer to an account holder at a different institution, you can utilize the Person-to-Person payments feature. Once you have logged into your Online Banking, select the “Person-to-Person” tab to enroll for this specific feature (The “Person-to-Person” tab will show at the top of your page after logging into your TD Bank Online Banking. As long as you have a US address on file, you should be able to send funds using this option to another US account). You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and the email address we have on file for you. Next, we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete, you’ll be ready to send the payment which the other person will receive in one business day or three business days as per your selection.
This feature does come with limits on the amount you can send or receive. For the information on the payment methods and amounts, please check out this link: http://bit.ly/1pADlWD (Pg 3. section1.16). To locate your current individual limits please follow these steps:
· Log into your online banking
· Click on the Person-to-Person Payments tab.
· Select the account in which you are sending the funds from
· Type in the person’s name, email or mobile number you are sending the funds to
· Type in the amount you’re trying to send
· Select the send date
· Click continue
· Complete the pop-up to add a new contact
· Click save
· Click on the info button (question mark) next to the amount box
Alternatively, if you are trying to send an account of yours that is not with TD you may do so via the "Transfers" tab by selecting "Transfer to Accounts Outside of TD Bank." After you select this link, please select "Add a New Account." You will then be asked to select the account type, account number and routing number to your account at a different institution.

We apologize that you're having so much trouble with your Bill Payments, and we'll be more than happy to clear up any confusion.
As our friend Megan mentioned above, you will first need to log into your Personal Online Banking to access the Bill Pay screen. To log in, you're welcome to use the link here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, and after doing so, you should see the 'Bill Pay' tab towards the top of your screen. If you have never used this tab before, you may need to accept some terms and agreements, but after doing so, you'll be brought directly to the Bill Pay screen.
Next, under the 'Payment Center' tab, you should see a link that reads 'Add a Company or Person.' By using this link, you will be able to select from a list of pre-filled payees, or you may even add your own!
