I'm trying to get my rewards from my TD credit card direct deposited to my TD checking account, and when I input the information no matter what I put in for my account nickname, it says error. It won't even tell me what the error is? Would love some help

To best assist with applying rewards as a credit to an account, we ask that you contact a Credit Card Specialist directly. You can reach them 24/7 at 888-561-8861. Once speaking with them, they'd be glad to complete this during your call or walk you through the process.
