Hi- I have recently set up home TV and internet service with Telus ( i live in Quebec if that make a difference) I am trying to add the payee to pay my bill, so i choose Telus Quebec, but when it come to account number it keeps telling me that it is wrong. I have tried using my billing number as well as my account number nothing seems to work. What am i doing wrong?
