This is a great question!
When looking to update your personal information, such as your email address, phone number, or your mailing address, you're welcome to connect with us directly to request to have this information updated, or you may update this information on your own through your TD Bank Personal Online Banking. If you're unfamiliar with how you may update this information, we'll be happy to walk you through the steps for your first time.
First, you'll want to log into your Personal Online Banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you have not yet enrolled in online banking, you're welcome to start the enrollment process here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To fully enroll, you will need your account number, debit card number, a valid email address, and your Social Security Number.
Once you have logged into your online banking, you'll want to click on the tab that reads 'Customer Service', which you can find towards the top, right hand side of your screen. Once there, under the 'Update Profile and Preferences' section, you'll want to locate the hyperlink that reads 'Contact Info'. After clicking on this link, you'll be brought to a new screen where you can update your personal information. You'll first want to select the accounts you would like for this change to be reflected on, and then once completed, you may proceed with updating your address, phone number, or email address.
