Welcome to TD Helps, Latiffa.
Once the fraudulent transactions are showing in your account history you must file a dispute to attempt to recover the funds.
Typically, depending on the type of dispute you file, it can take 10 business days for a preliminary decision. A provisional credit may be applied to your account at that time.
Please note some disputes may require additional documentation such as a police report.
To file a dispute and assist you further we ask that you contact a Banking Specialist at 888-751-9000 24/7 or visit a TD Bank Store. Please click this link http://go.td.com/28QgINg for TD Bank Store locations and hours.
We hope this helps.
