It sounds as though you're using the mobile app and are experiencing trouble. To ensure you do not run into any issues with the app, we ask that you use the most recent version of the Operating System for your phone, as well as the most recent version of the TD Bank app. If either of these is out-of-date, please download a new version; any outdated version may prevent you from using all the available features. It may also be a good idea to remove the app and then reinstall it, if the problem persists.
