Thank you for opening an account with us, Diandra! Welcome to the TD Family.
You will receive your account information based on where you've opened your account; online, over the phone or at a TD Store.
If you've opened your account at a TD Store, you should have received this information prior to leaving the Store.
When opening your account over the telephone, you should expect to receive your Welcome Kit via mail within 7-10 business days of your account opening date. Additionally, if you chose to receive a TD Debit Card during the account opening process, you should also expect to receive it via mail within 7-10 business days.
If you opened your account online, your account and routing number are given to you during the online opening process.
If you need this information, you are able to visit any TD Store with a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) for your account number. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You are also able to enroll in Online Banking to view your account number. In order to enroll, we ask that you contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or visit a TD Store during lobby hours.
Routing numbers on the other hand are based upon the State in which you originally opened the account. For a list of our current routing numbers please check out http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF.
If you're unsure which routing number to use, feel free to give us a call or visit a TD Store!
We hope this helps and have a good day.
