To whom it may concern,
In January 2016, I applied for and successfully switched to an All-Inclusive Banking Plan. I also applied online and received a new-to-me First Class Infinite Travel Visa. One of the plan highlights was an annual fee rebate for my new credit card.
The annual fee of $120 was taken out on Feb. 5, 2016. I was wondering when I will receive the rebate? I have read that it should appear within two statement cycles, which have now passed.
