I am trying to open an online checking account and provided Passport details , but got the message that it cannot be validated. I am yet to get Driving license, but i have ALP (Adult Learners Permit), Can this accepted as valid id proof or i can open the account upon getting my license?

Please kindly note that TD Bank does use multi-factor for verification during account opening process. If we're unable to verify your identity during the new account opening process via telephone, you will be required to visit your local TD Bank Store location, during lobby hours for further assistance. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number.
