Your request to receive a new debit card can be completed via your Online Banking. To send a Secure Message to us online, please log in to your account at https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. Please including the following information in your secure message online:
-Your account number
-Your request for an expedited card
-Address to where the card should be mailed
-Please include the following statement: "I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.”
Once we receive your complete request, we can request the card for you. You're welcome to check in with us at 888-751-9000, 24/7 to ensure we've received your request. Since you mentioned you are in Germany feel free to contact us 24/7 from outside of the Country at (856)-751-9000 or collect from a landline at (215)-569-0518. Kindly note that although we would like to place your order here, TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we don't have access to your personal account information to do so.
