I was wondering if I would be able to transfer money by phone or online from my TD Bank account to my daughter's TD banki account.

Welcome to TD Helps, Carmelita. We're glad you came to us for answers to your question!
If you have a personal Check, Savings or Money Market account with us, we are happy to inform you that you'll be able to use the Person-to-Person Payment feature via Online Banking to transfer funds from your TD Account to your daughter's TD Account.
To do so, you may log in to your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're logged in please click on the tab at the top of the page titled "Person-to-Person Payments." You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you. Next we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete you’ll be ready to send the payment! You will have the three business day option and the option to send the payment with the next business day delivery. Please note, the next day delivery option is not available for savings accounts. Also, to qualify for the next day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful 3-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days. Please take a look here, http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for fees that may apply with this transfer.
Please keep in mind, Person-to-Person Payments can only be conducted to or from a U.S. account in U.S. currency only. They can only be made from an Eligible Transaction Account: for example, personal Checking, Money Market or Savings accounts are usually allowed, with you as a signer on the account. Please note, accounts excluded from using this service due to ACH restrictions include, but are not limited to: Passbook, IRA, Holiday Club, Club Saver, and CDs. For the Terms and Conditions in addition to information on the payment methods and amounts, please check http://bit.ly/1pADlWD.
If you have any difficulties, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
Hope this help, Carmelita. Have a wonderful day!
