Once you receive your ATM or Visa Debit card from us, it's activated, and you've made your initial deposit, you're welcome to begin using it at your convenience! There is no need to have your Online Banking account set up first unless you prefer this.
If your online banking isn't available to you yet, there are plenty of other ways you can check on your balance. You can always reach us at 888-751-9000, and use our automated system to check your balance, or speak with one of our Specialists 24/7. You can also find out your available balance at any of our ATMs using your card, or you can stop in at any of our Stores. In case you'd like to get your online enrollment started, feel free to give us a call at the number just mentioned, and we can get you up and running during your call. Or, you can visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY with your account number, Visa Debit card number, Social Security number and email address to complete this on your own. After a few quick steps, you'll be able to view your accounts right away.
