Welcome to TD Helps, Mark. We understand your concerns and would be happy to help!
We are happy to say, with TD Bank Online Banking, you can enjoy easy online access to your accounts – anytime, anywhere and it is free for all TD Bank Customers!
If you have not enrolled for Online Banking yet, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Account Number, your TD ATM/Debit Card and Social Security number. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you do not have the pieces of information required to enroll, you can contact our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 and they will be happy to help you enroll in Online Banking. You can also stop by one of our TD Stores to set up your online access. For Store hours and locations, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores for more information.
Once you successfully enrolled for Online Banking, you will have immediate access to your account. Did you know that you can also do your banking on the go with our TD Mobile App? After you have enrolled for Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt to input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking.
We hope this helps Mark. Have a great day and keep in touch!
