I purchased a Sectional sofa at a local store using the TD Bank Renovate credit program. Within a few months, I noticed that there were problems with the quality of this sofa set. I have contacted the retailer 3 times in the past 6 months and they assure me that someone will be in touch regarding repairing the mechanism in the sofa. It is poorly constructed in many ways and I have never heard back from anyone. I really do not want to continue paying for this $1800 sofa! I believe I may have some kind of protection due it being purchased on credit but can't for the life of me figure out where to look for this information and how to proceed. Can anyone help please?
