Regardless of the method you choose, one of our Specialist will be happy to file a dispute on your behalf, and during your visit or call, we recommend having the transaction information handy. Once the dispute has been filed, the Specialist assisting you will also be happy to provide you with a reference number, as well as the expected time frame of the investigation.
