Happy Sunday to you and welcome to the TD Helps community!
Great to hear that you're interested in using our Bill Pay service. We're happy to tell you that when using this free feature, you are welcome to schedule your payments as they need to be made. You won't need to set up any recurring payment to do so. Kindly note that when making a one-time payment, you will be required to select a Pay Date for each item when using this service and the system will provide you with the earliest available date on which your payment can be made. The payment cannot be issued directly without choosing a date, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We invite you to take a look at our Bill Pay FAQs by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1gWIrp7.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you're welcome to log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. To begin using Bill Pay, once you're logged in please select the "Bill Pay" tab. You will then be asked to accept the Bill Pay user agreement. Once accepted, you can then immediately begin scheduling your bills! Please follow any prompts to get started.
Please note, if you choose to use our Bill Pay service, the payment method is determined by the payee. We always try to send the payment out electronically; however if the payee is not set up to receive electronic transmittals from financial institutions or if there is some information that does not match (i.e., account number or account-holder’s name), we process a paper check and mail it directly to the payee.
And as always, we're glad to help you. If you find you have any questions or need assistance, please give one of our Tech Support Specialists a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562, using Option 3. Or, come see us at any TD Bank Store for further help, and you can find your closest location here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this provides some help, Alfred.
We wish you the best and please feel free to click 'Reply' for any other questions you have!
