I asked the question and it told me to go to the "Services" tab but there was no services tab. Am stuck.

Hi there Frances,
Good morning and thanks for visiting us!
We're sorry to hear you got stuck during this update. We have some steps here you can follow to add the email address you prefer for your online statement alerts.
First, please follow this link to take you to the login page for your Online Banking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you’ve successfully logged in, follow these steps:
-Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Here, you'll want to make sure the email address on file is correct.
-If not, to update this info, you can change the email address on file where the statement alerts are going to be sent to by selecting the "Add or edit email address" link under each account option. Another window will pop up for you to add a new email address or edit current email address. Once you've input the new information, please click on the "Save Changes" box.
You can also visit the Alerts tab directly to delete your prior email address. Once there, visit the Manage your Contacts section and delete any outdated email addresses you have listed there. You can then add a new one by clicking the Add a Contact button.
Kindly note that the process listed above will change the email address we have on file for you for your online alerts only. To update this address within our system as well, please also visit the Customer Service tab and click on the Change Address, Phone, Email Address link to send your new contact information to us. Please fill in all of the fields and we'll reply with a confirmation for you.
