I have a bank account and I was setting something up with Amazon.com but then I came across this and I wanted to see what the deal is with how much you charge for it.
I copied and pasted it below.
Separate royalty payments for each Kindle Store in which you have chosen to distribute your title will be paid automatically by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Wire Transfer (where available), or check approximately sixty (60) days following the end of the calendar month during which applicable sales occur, once threshold is met.
Keep in mind that your bank may charge fees for some payments. If you're not sure whether they do, you may want to contact them.

Welcome to the TD Helps community, Sammy.
If Amazon is sending you an electronic funds transfer using your account number and routing number or a check, you'll be glad to know there is no fee associate with these types of transactions. However; if Amazon is sending a wire transfer, there is an incoming wire transfer fee. Please see the following link for all applicable fees included in our current fee schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Depending on the type of account you have with TD Bank, this fee may be waived. You will see more details listed in a chart provided in the link above.
