Great to hear of your interest in growing your business with us, Bogdan! We'll be happy to discuss this in more detail with you.
Since you mentioned that you have an LLC that is registered in Wyoming, we invite you to speak with a Representative at a TD Bank Store. When opening a business account for an LLC, we'll need to have the following documents: Formation Documents, a Certificate of Good Standing, or a State Website Report, as well as your Operating Agreement (if applicable) and a Fictitious Name Registration (if applicable). As Wyoming is not within the TD Bank footprint and some of the required documents are State issued, the TD Store manager will need to determine for you if the account can be opened. Please find a listing of our Stores here: http://bit.ly/TDStores and note that we are located along the East coast of the U.S. from Maine to Florida. Also, kindly note that business accounts must be opened in person at one of our locations.
As a non-U.S. resident, you would still be eligible to open a business account with us if the business account-opening requirements themselves are met as above. Once you plan to visit a Store, in addition to the documentation above we also recommend that you bring your business Tax Identification number. Typically, a valid photo ID for yourself such as a Driver's License, Passport, or Military ID and your Social Security number would also be needed. For a non-U.S. resident opening a business account, you will need two valid forms of ID and a W-8 Ben must be completed during the account opening process. Also, if your business account is going to have multiple signers, be sure to bring them with you for the account opening process with the same forms of identification mentioned.
