process to fix this? I don't have the full account number and when I contacted TD Credit Card services they said my name nor my SSN was found in their database. This fraudulent credit card has several past due payments that are bringing down my credit score and this is very frustrating. Please help me. An account listed as TD Bank USA/Target Credit Card was fraudulently listed on my credit report, and I want know who to contact and the process to fix this? The Federal Trade Commission provides this page: http://1.usa.gov/1f6utCg which lists the steps you'll want to take to dispute this error. First, you'll want to report the incorrect info to the credit reporting company and information on how to do this is given there.
The other step would be to report this error to us, TD Bank, and you may review the info listed here: http://bit.ly/1riK35l, to do so. Please be sure to follow all of the steps listed on this page, and for a credit card issued by Target, as we are the servicing bank please use the contact information in the Target Credit Card Dispute section.

The same exact thing is happening to me right now ! Please tell me how you got help . The same creditor has posted as a hard inquiry on my credit report and is now bringing my credit down.

My credit report shows an inquiry on January 1, 2017, by Target FINTD-Prvte Label, 3901 W. 53rd St, Souix Falls S.D, I did not authorize this inquiry and have made no credit application for this account
