We appreciate you coming to TD Helps for assistance today, Zsolt.
We're sorry to hear that an unauthorized transaction may have occurred on your account, and we'll be more than happy to help.
First, we'd like to recommend that you connect with us as soon as possible so that we may review your account with you to determine how this fraudulent transaction may have occurred. If an unauthorized transaction was processed against your Debit Card, we may need to close your card as soon as possible to prevent any further debits from occurring, or in the event that this transaction was debited from your account directly, some additional steps may need to be taken for your account's security.
You're first welcome to call and speak with one of our knowledgeable Banking Specialists. For your convenience, our Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000.
If you'd prefer, you may also visit a TD Store location. Customer Service Representatives are happy to help during lobby hours, and you're welcome to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest location, as well as their lobby hours and contact information.
Regardless of the method you choose, please don't worry, as we're here to help! During your call or visit, not only will we be happy to review this fraudulent transaction with you, but we'll also be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, Zsolt.
Take care, and have a great weekend.
