my credit card bill says it is available online but I cannot find it. I went to cardmember and put in my name and password but nothing connected me

To determine any information you may need for your TD Bank Visa Credit Card account from 2014, you're welcome to review your account information online via your statements. Annual Summary Statements are available online for some of our Customers' accounts, depending on the type of credit card you have. To determine if one is available for your account, we encourage you to reach TD Card Services directly via telephone 24/7 at 888-561-8861 to learn more. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location, during lobby hours to be assisted further. To find out the nearest TD Store locations and hours near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have not already done so, you can enroll in Online Banking for your card directly at www.tdcardservices.com or at this link: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef. You will need your card number and other personal information handy for the enrollment process. Once you've successfully enrolled your account, you can view your previous statements right away. If you encounter any issues with enrollment, please feel free to call a TD Card Services Specialist 24/7 at the number mentioned above, who can help get you up and running.
