In reply to Caitlin, Harrisburg
Good afternoon and thanks for coming to TD Helps today, Caitlin! We'll be sure to share some useful information on how you can bank with us.
Although we do not have a Store located in the Harrisburg area at this time, there are many ways that you can bank with us. If you're enrolled in online banking, you can manage your account, view your balance, make transfers and so much more. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
You could also take advantage of our mobile deposit service as well. You'll be able to make deposits at your convenience when you download our mobile app. Take a look here: http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H for more information and also to download our mobile app.
Another option you have is to mail in your deposits. Please mail your deposit to the address below:
TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, ME 04243
We'd also like to share a few tips with you that could help before mailing your deposit.
- Cash should not be sent through the mail
- Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
- Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
- Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
- If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
- Do not staple transactions
Feel free to give our 24/7 Banking Specialists a call at the telephone number listed above for any account related questions you may have. Also, to find the nearest Store by you, take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this information is useful and enjoy the rest of your afternoon, Caitlin! Take care.
