Please understand, there are limits on the amount of money you can send or receive through our Person-to-Person Payment Services. Your limits may be adjusted from time-to-time at our sole discretion. You may log in to the Site to view your individual transaction limits by clicking on the information icon to the right of the amount box within Popmoney Service, as applicable.
If the amount you're trying to send exceeds your current Popmoney payment limit, you do have other options to make this payment.
First of all, our online Bill Pay service is free of charge and you can even set up your rent payments as recurring payments. As you are signed up for our Retail online banking, please log onto your account from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After adding the person as your new payee, please follow the steps below to schedule recurring payments:
1. Click on the “Bill Pay” tab located at the top of your screen.
2. Click on the “Manage Your Bills” tab.
3. Select the appropriate biller from the “Biller Name” list.
4. Select the option “Add an automatic payment” from the “What would you like to do?” list.
5. Fill out all of the required information and then click on the “Set Up Payment” Button.
