I've been trying to log on on the TD bank app, but it doesn't work. So to clarify, should I use my account 'name' or 'number'?

The credentials needed to log on successfully to your TD Mobile App would be the username and password you set up when you first enrolled for online banking. If you do not recall the user name and password you need to log in, we ask that you contact us directly for help. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to assist you.
