Hello, I try to have a Premier checking account, since the ATM fees could be waived and $300 offer. I just graduated in June from university of south florida, now I am not in USA, but I will be back to Florida to have my Graduate degree next year. I have SSN about one year. Normally I only used Chase as my checking account, while it take high transaction fee on ATM in my country. Here is the question, could I still apply this account, and if Yes, could I ship it to one of my friends' home address where is in Florida or could directly ship international address to me. And could I deposit money via phone app after I write a Chase check, or I can directly wired money from Chase. Thanks for your help, have a nice day:D
