Dear TD team,
I have a corporate account in your bank.
There are three partners in our company.
Each of us has an access to the corp account.
I'm interested in bills and transactions approvals.
If someone want to do some actions in corp account, each of us should approve this actions.
Is it possible to receive some secure code without which payment or transaction cannot be done.
What you may offer me?
If you have some question or need detailed info, please contact me by email.
Waiting forward for your reply.

Great question, Tetiana! Thank you for stopping by TD Helps and we're more than happy to guide you in the right direction.
Based on the message you sent to us, we understand you have a TD Bank Business account and would like to set up certain rules so payments or withdrawals can only be made when all signers on the Business account approved. We have some suggests for you:
First, you may visit your local TD Bank store and sit down with a Customer Service Representative to express your concern, he or she will be more than happy to assist you. For example, they may set up a special instruction on your account such as: All checks and withdrawal slips must be signed by all three signers before processing. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. You may contact the store directly to set up an appointment prior to your visit. You also have the option to make an appointment to visit any TD Bank location by contacting our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000. One of our representatives can make an appointment for you and answer any questions you may have.
Additionally, if you are currently enrolled for our BusinessDirect Online Banking, you do have the options to add Sub-Users. Once a sub-user is added, you may assign certain roles to them. For example, sub-users can only request a bill payment online; however, the bill payment will not be processed until the Admin User (Authorized Signer on the account) go online and approve this bill payment. To discuss more features about our BusinessDirect Online Banking, we recommend contacting our Digital Banking Team 24/7 at 800-493-7562. For more details on how to manage Users and roles, we have a "Users and Roles Tutorial Overview" located under the "help & Related Tasks" on the left hand side after you log in and select the "Users" Tab.
If you are not currently enrolled for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have a TD Bank debit card, please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help.

The options we have mentioned above are just some recommendations. We strongly encourage contacting a Banking Specialist via telephone at the number listed above or in person at a local TD Bank location in your area for additional assistance.
Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a nice weekend!
