Are the only free ATM's at a TD Bank location? Are there any other ATM locations that offer no-fee?

This is a great question, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Here at TD Bank, ATM fees are only waived when your withdrawal, transfer, or balance inquiry is performed at a TD Bank ATM. Unfortunately, TD Bank does not partner with any additional financial institutions to have this fee waived; however, we have good news as we currently offer a couple different Checking accounts that waive any fees you may be assessed at a non-TD ATM.
Currently, our TD Premier Checking account, as well as our TD Relationship Checking account, will waive non-TD ATM fees, and you're welcome to use the link here: https://go.td.com/2eQORxu to learn more about these account types, and the features that come with them. In the event that you would like to switch your current account to one of our accounts that offer this feature, you're more than welcome to.
